open80211s 0.2.1: "Meshcaline" (Mar 4th 2008)

This is the fourth release of the open80211s stack, and the first one that has been accepted in the wireless-testing kernel repository.

• Per-neighbor rate adaptation.
• Airtime link metric support for HWMP.
• Support for scanning mesh networks.
• Clean interfaces for beaconing.

Known issues

• Multiple links per peer are not supported. To avoid deadlocks that would result from this limitation, a 'CLOSE' mesh peer link management frame will close all links 'ESTABLISHED' with the sender even if link IDs do not match.
